Natural health edit \\ Summer 2022-23

Summer favourites.

Summer 2022-23:

1. MV Skintherapy Rose Hydrating Mist [pictured], $43 (70 mL).

Crafted from Bulgarian Damask roses and native Australian quandong, this beautifully soothing mist enhances skin hydration and, when misted in between skin care steps, supports the absorption of other products for greater efficacy. This size is perfect for both travel and home use; I keep mine on my desk, spritzing periodically throughout the day to refresh and reset. Available here.

2. The Beauty Chef Glow Inner Beauty Essential, $69 (150 g).

Containing a broad-spectrum probiotic and a diverse array of pre- and post-biotics, this biofermented formulation is incredibly nutrient dense - containing zinc and vitamins A, C, B3 and B7 - for a healthy gut microbiome, healthy digestive function, and radiant skin [1; 2]. With a (seriously) delicious berry flavour, I especially enjoy Glow in mixed berry smoothies, or sprinkled over granola and natural yoghurt. Get your glow on here.

3. Melanie Grant Skin Health Organic Radiance Facial, $390 (75 minutes).

I only trust Melanie Grant when it comes to my skin. After navigating many problematic episodes throughout my teenage and adult years, Melanie Grant’s studio is the only place I’ve found where I can truly relax, knowing my skin and I are in expert hands. Effortlessly uniting clinical expertise and ritualistic care in the most beautiful surrounds, the Melanie Grant team offers an experience that is truly like no other. The Organic Radiance Facial is a wonderful restorative treatment that utilises beautiful, effectual organic formulations to deliver a tangible difference in the skin and psyche. Available here.

4. Deiji Studios 03 Linen Loungewear Set, $249.

The incredibly soft, breathable and naturally hypoallergenic linen used to create this set is also European Flax Certified, which signifies linen of premium quality, grown without fertilisers or pesticides, as well as full supply chain traceability. Beautifully versatile, I wear this set as sleepwear, loungewear and with other pieces from my wardrobe. Available here.
